I saw this on Pinterest and had to post it to get me pumped up for the next 16 weeks of training!!!

On June 9, 2012 I will be running the Utah Valley Half Marathon. I followed a very similar training as the training pictured above. I don't run on Sundays so I pushed my longer runs on Saturday and had a rest day before and after. It has treated me just right.
As of today I have 16 weeks until the Top of Utah Marathon 26.2 miles on September 15th. This will be my first marathon. I am nervous and anxious for those longer runs. I know...I CAN DO HARD THINGS...but I hope I can increase my pace so it doesn't take me all Saturday to do my longer runs. I am currently a 10-11 minute mile average on long runs. I can do a 9-10 minute miles on shorter 3-4 mi. runs. Here's to training!!!
