Jake & I went to the UofU game on Saturday. The UofU crushed Washington State but overall is was a good game. During half time they did a tribute to the veterans and troops. Veterans Day is Nov. 11. Thanks Jake for the entertaining afternoon.

The Hermanas that I love - Naomi Tohara Masina (third companion) & MaryElla Wolford (my trainer). We went to lunch at Plates & Pilates in Bountiful. Absolutely delicious. The conversation was my favorite part but the food sure didn't let us down. So good!
