Great parenting and teaching techiniques can be learned from Dr. Haim Ginott. I had to do a presentation on him during my summer classes. Thought I would share.

We need to talk to children the way to we talk to guests.
Use "I statements" when you get angry will a child.

This was awesome! I watched all the clips and I loved it. I am fascinated with the Ginotts. They make so much sense. I am really interested in their philosophy on prevention. The clips made me want more! I definitely want to get the book. Thank you so much for introducing me to this guy. He's a funny guy too!
