Great parenting and teaching techiniques can be learned from Dr. Haim Ginott. I had to do a presentation on him during my summer classes. Thought I would share.

Heal emotional injuries.

We need to talk to children the way to we talk to guests.

Use "I statements" when you get angry will a child.

I want my children to act like human beings.

Offer children emotional support.

Don't push children into competetive education.
